RESVERATROL FAQ

WHAT IS RESVERATROL?

Resveratrol is a class of plant micronutrients called polyphenols. Polyphenols are organic chemicals that plants make to survive drought or attack from disease. These compounds are found in plant foods and have a variety of health benefits. A naturally occurring chemical that has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Resveratrol has been the subject of extensive research in many different areas, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, inflammation, anti-aging, anti-cancer, brain tumours to breast, colon, prostate cancers and many more. Resveratrol also has research on its benefits with Dementia and Alzheimer’s, heart disease, diabetes, eyesight and weight loss. WHAT FOODS HAVE RESVERATROL?
